This is a hotel go-to for Fujikawaguchiko! Venue is excellent as I expected, ABSOLUTELY PERFECT location, bright rooms. It has both extremely friendly and amiable staff. The hotel has got a small restaurant.

No reason to complain, the hotel met what we needed. Our japanese-style quadruple room with a lounge area and an instant coffee was wonderful. The staff were hospitable, nice location by car or by public transport.

We had a great stay at a conveniently located inn with a cozy Japanese-style room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The onsen on the top floor offered breathtaking views of Mount Fuji. The basement chill-out zone was a fun place to unwind after a long day. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and enjoyable amenities.

The room was neat with free tea and coffee and with smoke detectors for safety measures. Location: the hotel was near to the Fuji Q highland Amusement park, and the bus/train station. Local fast food option Ramen Kaneyuki was 5 minutes walk away.

Sincerely, it was a fun stay by the lake. The room was neat and fairly quiet, with free tea and coffee. We liked the Japanese cuisine in the restaurant.
Some people working there were not so good.

The room was reasonably spacious and bright with free tea and coffee and I greatly enjoyed really accommodating staff. Having towels and slippers was a bonus. The location was particularly good as it was very close to a bus stop.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel near the train station in Fujikawaguchiko. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. The rooms were cozy and clean, and my room even had a view of Mt. Fuji. The onsen on the top floor was a great experience, especially in the morning when I could see the beautiful view of Fujisan. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, with the train station just across the street. it was a perfect stay!

We had an amazing stay at this inn located right in front of the train station. The location was perfect, making it easy to catch our train or bus. Plus, the convenience of getting around Kawaguchiko was a huge bonus. And the best part? When we opened our room window, we were greeted by a stunning view of Mt. Fuji, even after days of rain and clouds. It was such a pleasant surprise!
